At Earthy Herbs, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is expired or leaked

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order invoice is required
  • Photos or videos of the product may be requested

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used herbal products
  • Products returned after 7 days
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund will be approved or rejected
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

4. Replacement

If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may provide a free replacement instead of a refund.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping cost.
  • If the return is for other reasons, the customer may need to pay the shipping charges.
