1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item is expired or leaked
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order invoice is required
- Photos or videos of the product may be requested
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used herbal products
- Products returned after 7 days
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund will be approved or rejected
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
4. Replacement
If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may provide a free replacement instead of a refund.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the shipping cost.
- If the return is for other reasons, the customer may need to pay the shipping charges.
